Sunsep™ Membrane Gas Dryers and Humidifiers

Sunsep™ Membrane Gas Dryers and Humidifiers are the most versatile water transfer devices available on the market. Helping to reduce the cost of waste caused by humidity in industrial applications, Sunsep products are suitable for gasses other than air for humidification. Eco-friendly Sunsep products contain no desiccant, CFC gas or refrigerants. Requiring no drain generation, purge gas is emitted as water vapor. Small and light, Sunsep membrane gas dryers and humidifiers are maintenance-free with no wiring, mechanical or electrical parts to wear out. Built-in purging circuits eliminate the need for a purging line outside the unit. Utilizing one of our proprietary ion-exchange membranes, Sunsep membrane gas dryers and humidifiers are offered in three different series to address many applications.

Features

SWC Series

  • Designed exclusively for point-of-use compressed-air applications
  • Six models with flow capacities from 5 to 300 lpm capable of producing -30 °C dew point
  • Integrated and adjustable self-purging orifice accommodates various flow rates and operating pressures (up to 125 psig)
  • Mechanically simple design with no moving parts
  • Ideal for use in hazardous locations

SWB Series

  • Most versatile product line useable in the widest range of pressures and applications
  • Cylindrical in shape, dryers can be used for compressed air or ambient pressure gasses
  • Accommodate flow rates up to 700 lpm and operating pressures up to 125 psig

SWG Series

  • Designed for use with sample gasses or ambient air
  • Mainly used in gas analyzers and sample conditioning systems
