Plant Manager

The Plant Manager’s primary responsibilities include the daily management and coordination of plant operations while ensuring profitability of operations and compliance with all labor, environmental, health and safety, and Company policies. More specifically, and in collaboration with their management team, this position oversees all activities related to operations, namely: production, maintenance, sanitation, receiving and shipping. This key role provides leadership to his/her facility and ensures efficient communications between all departments under his/her responsibility, quality control, other plants when needed and corporate as well.

Customer Service Representative

This position acts as the liaison between the customer and the organization. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service throughout the entire sales order process, providing accurate information in a timely manner through teamwork and communication.

Field Sales Representative - LUMIFLON®

The Field Sales Representative will manage assigned accounts to market, position, and sell LUMIFLON fluoropolymer resins. This position will take direction from the LUMIFLON business manager and work with the LUMIFLON Technical Support and Business Operations groups to ensure the growth and profitability of the business.

Product Stewardship and Regulatory Affairs Specialist

The product stewardship and regulatory affairs specialist will support the company needs for compliance within the Americas region. The position is part of a global highly interactive, diverse, and supportive team and will manage product stewardship activities to enable sales of new products and maintain the right to operate with existing products.

Production Operator

This position is part of a production team in a climate-controlled manufacturing facility. The Production Operator will be expected to work in a safe manner, produce quality material, and actively contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Technical Service Engineer

This position will be part of AGC Chemicals growing Fluoropolymer business, including functionalized fluoropolymers and fluorocompounds, and will participate in the growth, development, and maintenance of this business via application development, research, technical service, and market/application investigation. Individuals within this role will contribute through new product development efforts for existing and new markets; stewarding the current product line; conducting research (fundamental and applied) on relevant material technologies; authoring technical bulletins and reports and papers and presentations at technical conferences; visiting and hands-on work with customers; and exchanging knowledge with global colleagues.

Sr. Maintenance Mechanic

This position works as part of a maintenance team in a climate-controlled manufacturing facility.

  • Performs diagnostic maintenance work, troubleshoots equipment and utility systems including (but not limited to) extruder, blender, sifter, mill, drum lift, lift tables, etc.
  • Installs equipment and tests functionality
  • Carries out preventative and predictive maintenance programs
  • Communicates with internal customers concerning maintenance and construction work to provide superior customer relations
  • Repairs and/or replaces complex equipment and HVAC systems in the electrical, mechanical, and millwright crafts
  • Performs work that requires repeated lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, standing, etc.


This position is responsible for sales support activities while helping develop new prospects and manage existing accounts to increase AGCCA sales revenue and volume.

Essential Functions:


  • Supports all aspects of new prospects and assigned accounts; Sales Forecasting, Problem Resolution, Sales Expansion and all related account support activities – Prospecting, New Customer Setups, Build CRM Profiles, Quotes, Samples, CPR’s, Market Research, Application Research, Etc.
  • Provides support to customers primarily by phone and email, but may travel to customer locations, if necessary.
  • Works to qualify prospects and handoff customers or opportunities, as required, to the appropriate resource
  • Assists related Commercial and Technical teams in managing portfolio of open opportunities and the timely execution of assigned tasks.
  • Works closely with members of the various business teams to provide overall customer feedback and market information (Voice of Customer - VOC) to aid in strategic planning and execution.
  • Works directly with the related commercial members to support RFQ/CPR at all accounts in CRM.
  • Works with Customer Service to support escalated sales orders, quality issues, payment issues, and any other client related matters requiring additional attention.
  • Works with other AGCCA groups as needed in support of sales activity for assigned product lines
  • Documents all account activity; Company, Contacts, and Opportunities in CRM and assists with monthly reporting.


  • Obtains, summarizes, and distributes market studies and competitive intelligence
  • Responsible for mining Lead Forensics, ERP, and CRM for perspective customers and new business opportunities.
  • Identifies critical information required to target these prospects/ opportunities appropriately.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or business required.
  • Sales experience and/or Technical competence is also required.
  • Mastery of MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); website content development experience
  • Utilization of AX, CRM and other infrastructure programs
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are critical.
  • Possess a wide degree of creativity and latitude; takes initiative
  • Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures

Position provides technical support to user base with some tasks including support of servers and clients at two sites as well as remote users. Exceptional analytical skills are required to troubleshoot issues and deliver secure, creative, value-driven solutions. Adhering to local policies and standards as well as rolling out standardized IT policies are an integral part of incumbent's responsibility.

Essential Functions:

  • Essential Functions:
    • Provides guidance and troubleshooting assistance to user community reported issues (Desktop support/80+ users, 20 lab desktops and 18 Servers).
    • Installs and configures end user hardware/software providing periodic performance tuning.
    • Sets up and monitors data backup and recovery policies to ensure compliance with Operating Procedures.
    • Sets up and maintain network file shares and security system to ensure appropriate document control.
    • Maintains a good understanding of AGC Group IT Security Policy, monitor end-user compliance and provide training as needed to heighten awareness.
    • Maintains AppAssure/RapidRecovery for disaster recovery procedures on a daily basis
    • Performs light backup/recovery tasks with SQL Server
    • Administers SharePoint Intranet users
    • Supports Cell Phones and IP Phone systems, and other peripheral systems involving networking.
    • Provides support for A/V equipment in Conference rooms
    • Completes and updates documentation as required.

Job Requirements:

    • AA degree or equivalent that being 2+ years of experience and/or A+/N+/Sec+/MCSA certifications
    • Working knowledge of Windows Server 2012-2019, Windows 7/10 and light server virtualization (Hyper-V).
    • Ability to work directly with end users to mitigate issues as level 1 support, and if not, escalate issues to level 2 Chemicals IT or Corporate IT where appropriate.

This position is responsible for supporting the product management for the Fluoropolymer resins and Compounds business and budgeted financial performance. This position works to emphasize the profitably of managing the business, developing competitive advantage, and instilling continuous improvement throughout our global organization.

Essential Functions:

  • Assists in the development and execution of the written business plans outlining the strategies for profitably growing the Fluoropolymer resin and Compounds business.
  • Acts as key team member for business tactics/projects aligned with the business strategy.
  • Provides sales and pricing projections for use in the development of annual budget
  • Coordinates efforts to streamline customer information across multiple departments using SharePoint Online and Dynamics AX.
  • Sets product pricing, approving Customer Pricing Requests, and approving returns and credits within delegation of authority limits.
  • Participates in strategic growth teams which prioritizes and executes growth activities.
  • Provides leadership/support to the Americas/Global Sales, Supply Chain, and Technical Teams to accelerate new sales/market development efforts and product developments.
  • Submits rolling 6-month sales forecasts to Production Planning Team and works closely with the Supply Chain Team to assure effective cost management of raw material and finished goods inventories within budgeted targets and establish/review required stock levels for key products.
  • Works with Quality Assurance Manager to assure customer complaints get resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Ensures product literature and marketing tools for Fluoropolymer business are effective and up-to-date.
  • Provides Product line analysis to Sr. Product Manager to better understand costs and drivers.
  • Maintains consistency between CRM forecast and Dynamics AX product inventory set-up
  • Participates on schedule and operations planning meeting for Compounds
  • Assists in setting priorities for technical service projects and participating in product development process meetings

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or business/marketing discipline.
  • Three to Five years’ experience in fluoropolymer or related industry.  Sales and/or technical experience is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated computer skills with proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Products
