Shift Supervisor-3rd Shift

This full-time 3rd Shift Supervisor plans and directs the activities of approximately 15 Union employees as part of a five day/three shift manufacturing operation of FPC and MPC specialties compounds. The supervisor is responsible for contributing to the achievement of department objectives in key areas of safety, quality, and productivity. This supervisor should possess outstanding leadership and communication skills and be able to motivate others. The supervisor is responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, troubleshooting operational problems, and working efficiently with other departments to meet established metrics and promote an environment of continuous improvement.

Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager engages directly with customers to validate strategic hypotheses and convert them into real, advancing commercial opportunities. This role generates customer-level evidence by confirming problem relevance, demand signals, and willingness to engage through active account interaction. Commercial Operations Coordinator

This position is responsible for enabling commercial effectiveness by equipping sales teams with the training, tools, processes, and insights needed to execute consistently and improve performance. The role leads onboarding and ongoing development, drives adoption of sales enablement and CRM platforms, monitors key performance metrics, and partners across account management, marketing, product, operations, and R&D to strengthen execution, capture voice-of-customer feedback, and support continuous improvement across customer-facing activities.

This position is responsible for the product management for the Chemicals product lines and supports budgeted financial performance.
