This position leads the development of AGC-owned application-level FFKM capability for semiconductor applications. The role is responsible for enabling OEM specification-in by generating application-relevant performance data, bridging polymer science with seal performance, and supporting strategic go-to-market execution. This role moves beyond traditional technical service by creating new internal capabilities critical to long-term growth in semiconductor markets.

This position is responsible for enabling commercial effectiveness by equipping sales teams with the training, tools, processes, and insights needed to execute consistently and improve performance.
