Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer position is an amazing opportunity to use a technical background and branch into the realm of quality assurance. This position offers cross-functional collaboration and direct communication with customers to find root causes to internal and external concerns. The Quality Engineer supports all quality initiatives that will drive the business towards improved customer satisfaction. This includes working with the process engineering team to improve output. Responsibilities will focus on complaint management and analysis and multiple aspects of the company quality management systems.

Customer Support Specialist

The Customer Support Specialist (CSR) with AGCCA is not your average customer service role. This position is not focused on data entry. It is focused on the intricacies and is ideal for those who have managed the entire order process, handling requests, and providing support and solutions needed in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. The CRS serves as a key contact and liaison for customers to ensure their total satisfaction and interacts with customers on an ongoing basis, Although focused on the external customer, this position will also provide exceptional support to production support and the commercial teams.

Product Stewardship & Regulatory Affairs Specialist

The Product Stewardship and Regulatory Affairs Specialist will support the Company needs for compliance within the Americas region. The position is part of a global highly interactive, diverse, and supportive team and will manage product stewardship activities to enable sales of new products and maintain the right to operate with existing products. This position requires a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, excellent communication skills, and a passion for ensuring product safety.

Production Supervisor – 3rd shift

This supervisor plans and directs the activities of Union employees as part of a five day/three shift manufacturing operation of FPC, MPC and PMP Specialties compounds. The supervisor is responsible for contributing to the achievement of department objectives in key areas of safety, quality, and productivity. This supervisor should possess outstanding leadership and communication skills and be able to motivate others. The supervisor is responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, troubleshooting operational problems, and working efficiently with other departments to meet established metrics and promote an environment of continuous improvement.
