Senior Customer Service Representative
The Senior Customer Service Account Specialist will serve as a key contact and liaison for both domestic and international customers to ensure their total satisfaction. The position will interact with customers on an ongoing basis, managing the entire order process, handling requests, and providing support and solutions needed in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. This position is a critical part of the overall customer service organization and will be expected to lead by example, provide guidance to team members, while providing exceptional support to the commercial sales team.
The Master Planner will be responsible for managing and overseeing the production planning, scheduling and capacity planning functions for AGCCA Fluoro-compounds products. The position will have ownership for the sales & operations planning process, inventory management, lead-times, warehousing replenishment strategy, on-time delivery and master data management through the internal ERP system. This role must maintain a close working relationship with the Customer Service, Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics and Maintenance departments.
The Production Control Specialist will coordinate the production planning, scheduling, shipping and raw materials daily requirements functions at the Thorndale facility. The role will be focused on critical production areas including but not limited to FPC and MPC processing. The position will support shipments to and from 3PL warehouses and customers. The Production Control Specialist is an essential position to enable and assist in customer satisfaction through on-time delivery while driving safety, productivity, and quality improvements within the Production Control Department.
This position is part of a production team in a climate-controlled manufacturing facility. The Production Operator will be expected to work in a safe manner, produce quality material, and actively contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Production operates 24 hours a day, 5 days a week. There is a possibility of daily and/or weekend overtime (voluntary and scheduled).
This position assists the Senior Chemist in providing innovative solutions for products to exceed customer needs through new product development, incremental product development, sustaining product integrity, new or improved test development, and data analysis through experiment design and research. This position will research, prepare, evaluate, and characterize formulations supporting technical activities. In addition to these duties, the position will be responsible for lab organization and taking charge of equipment maintenance scheduling to prevent downtime.
This Senior Financial Analyst provides accurate financial information for internal use (Management Reporting) and routine Statutory reporting to the parent company (Japan). Duties include budgeting and forecasting, manufacturing cost analysis, segment financial performance, regional and/or customer profitability, ad hoc support as required by operating and commercial managers, special financial reporting and other tasks as assigned. This position manages one staff accountant.
The Customer Service Manager will provide exceptional service, support, and solutions to the company’s broad and complex customer account base. This critical position will manage and provide leadership to the customer service organization by building and maintaining a strong, world-class team and ensuring the day-to-day operations are performed efficiently and profitably to drive the best customer experience possible. This leader will drive continuous improvement, accountability and have a strong desire to influence change. This role must maintain a close working relationship with key internal stakeholders while providing critical support to the commercial sales team.
This position handles marketing activities to develop and nurture new prospects into customers to increase AGCCA sales revenue and volume. This position will support the marketing efforts with development and execution of marketing communication plans, activities and events.
