High-Performance Coatings

The strength, durability, resistance and repellent properties of fluoropolymers make for excellent coatings in a variety of applications. AGC products can be used to coat nonwovens, packaging materials, architectural fabrics, buildings and outdoor structures. Transparent fluoropolymer surface coatings are excellent for protecting electronics, optics, touchscreens and other glass surfaces.

AsahiGuard E-SERIES products are fluorinated water/oil repellents for fabrics, nonwoven fabrics, papers and other materials.

Solvent-soluble fluoropolymer resin for coatings that can be cured at room temperature or at elevated temperatures.

These non-fluorinated sizing additives protect paper products from both water and food oils. They are FDA compliant for contact with food of all types.

Excellent chemical, thermal, electrical and surface properties as conventional fluoropolymers like PTFEs, but also exhibit high optical transparency and good solubility
