Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative  (CSR)  with AGCCA is not the typical customer service roleThis position focus on the intricacies of customer support and is ideal for those who  have managed the entire order process, handling requests, and providing support and solutions needed in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.   The CRS serves as a key contact and liaison for customers to ensure their total satisfaction and interacts with customers on an ongoing basis,  Although focused on the external customer, this position will also provide exceptional support to production support and the commercial teams.

Global Logistics and Customer Experience Manager

The Global Logistics & Customer Experience Manager is responsible for leading all logistics and customer service functions, including order management, customer relations, import and export compliance, domestic transportation, and warehousing for AGCCA business units. This role ensures efficient, compliant, and cost-effective day-to-day operations while delivering exceptional customer experience. The position drives continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence across the supply chain.

Product Stewardship & Regulatory Affairs Manager

The Manager, Product Stewardship & Regulatory Affairs supports and increasingly leads product stewardship, regulatory compliance, and market‑access activities across the Americas. This role operates within a global CSR and product stewardship organization and is critical to enabling new product commercialization, maintaining regulatory compliance for existing products, and supporting long‑term business growth. The position requires strong technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to develop into a senior leadership role.

Research Support Summer Intern

The Summer Research Support Intern will work closely with the technical team and cross functionally within the AGCCA organization to gain practical knowledge and contribute to real-world projects. This position works on site in our Exton, PA office. Housing and relocation are not offered.

Lab Technician

This position assists the Senior Chemist in providing innovative solutions for products to exceed customer needs through new product development, incremental product development, sustaining product integrity, new or improved test development, and data analysis through experiment design and research. This position will research, prepare, evaluate, and characterize formulations supporting technical activities. In addition to these duties, the position will be responsible for lab organization and taking charge of equipment maintenance scheduling to prevent downtime.

Supply Chain Coordinator

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for coordinating AGCCA’s end‑to‑end order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer support. This role supports order management, ERP data integrity, customer master data management, and coordination across key internal functions including business management, warehousing, production planning, quality control, and technical service. The coordinator monitors OTIF performance, facilitates returns and credit processing, and provides departmental backup as needed.
