EXTON, Pa. – AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc., (AGCCA) announced an upcoming change in its logistics operations as part of the company’s ongoing commitment to strengthening supply chain performance and delivering exceptional service to customers and partners. Effective May 11, 2026, AGC Chemicals will transition to Argus Logistics as its new third-party logistics (3PL) provider. 
The move reflects a strategic decision to enhance delivery performance, optimize supply chain processes and better align logistics capabilities with the company’s long-term business objectives. Argus Logistics brings extensive industry expertise and innovative solutions that will support seamless operations and position AGC Chemicals for continued growth.
Key details of the transition include:
- Transition Date: Argus Logistics will officially assume 3PL operations beginning May 11, 2026.
- Updated Logistics Information: AGCCA will communicate any changes to shipping procedures, contact details or documentation requirements to customers prior to April 25, 2026.
- Contunuity of Operations: AGCCA is working closely with both the current provider and Argus Logistics to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to operations and customer shipments.
